Ford shows off all-electric vehicle powered by Johnson Controls batteries

At the 2010 Chicago Auto Show, beginning this week, Ford will display an all-electric version of its Transit Connect vehicle. It will use Lithium-ion batteries from Johnson Controls to achieve a range of about 80 miles per charge.
